Verify a Gurukul Technicals Institute certificate.
Enter the certificate number to check it against the institute’s online register. For older certificates, or if you have any doubt, the head office checks a copy by hand.
The online register
What each answer means.
The lookup checks the number against certificates issued through the institute’s portal. It gives one of four answers, and shows only the name, course, centre, marks and issue date.
Genuine
The certificate is in the register. Compare the name, course and number with the certificate in front of you: they should be the same.
Withdrawn
It was issued, but the head office has withdrawn it, so it should not be relied on. The reason given by the head office is shown.
Sample
The number belongs to a sample certificate from the demo centre, which shows how the portals work. It was not issued to a real student.
Not found online
Older certificates are not in the online register, so this is not necessarily a problem. Send a copy to the head office for a check by hand.
The online check never shows a date of birth, mobile number or email address, and it confirms the certificate, not the identity of the person showing it.
By hand
Verify by email or WhatsApp
Employers, colleges and students can ask the head office to confirm that a certificate was issued by Gurukul Technicals Institute. Each request is checked against the institute’s records, and the reply comes within 2 working days.
Take a clear photo or scan
Make sure the certificate number, the name, the course and the centre are readable.
Send it to the head office
Email it to engineergurukul@yahoo.co.in, or send it on WhatsApp to +91 97116 99511. Say who you are and why you need the check.
Receive the reply
The head office replies within 2 working days, confirming whether the certificate matches its records.
